Welcome to Visions of Sugar Plums. We are a small town candy shop located along Lake Ontario in Upstate New York. Originally opened in 1997 as K & B Fudge Company, we started our business doing local festivals and shows. After several successful years my brother and I sold our business to pursue other opportunities. In 2005 I opened a new fudge and candy business and picked up where we left off. I am licensed by the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets. I am also inspected on site at the County level at all festivals and events. In addition to the richest, creamiest fudge you could ask for, I now offer an assortment of handcrafted chocolates and novelty items. These chocolates are made in small, individual batches using fresh cream and butter. Take a look and see what we have to offer.
FESTIVALS
We have been doing festivals for thirteen years now. We bring our fudge to you! Our fudge is prepackaged in 8 oz. containers. We have decided to now display our product this way as it is much more sanitary than having the slabs exposed to airborn contaminants and insects. At the festivals we also offer miniature fudge cones for sale for only $1.50!! In the fall we have gourmet caramel, chocolate and peanut covered apples as well.
